In April 2006, we launched the 21st Century Community Learning Center Statewide Technical Assistance and Training Center, or as we like 21cclc Logo Emblemto call it the 21st CCLC STAT Center. We are very excited about this new effort and look forward to working closely with your programs to ensure high quality extra learning opportunities are available to the children you serve.

Who We Are
This collaborative effort funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Education is a joint venture between the Center for Schools and Communities and the Pennsylvania Service Learning Alliance. The Center for Schools and Communities (CSC) provides training, technical assistance, resources and evaluation services to schools, organizations and agencies serving children, youth and families. 21st Century is one of the initiatives advanced through the work of the Center.

The Pennsylvania Service Learning Alliance (PSLA) provides training, technical assistance, and resources/tools to 21st Century grantees. PSLA is housed within the Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania and is committed to bringing service-learning methodology into and bridging the digital divide in communities statewide. 

Our Mission
To provide expert training and technical assistance to Pennsylvania’s 21st CCLC grantees by providing information and resources to ensure effective high quality programs.  

What We Do
The 21st CCLC STAT Center provides 21st Century Community Learning Center Programs with training and technical assistance to address the following goals:

Administration Sustainability Policy and
Advocacy Monitoring and
Site Visits  



Support and Assistance

PSLA is here to help your 21st Century Community Learning Center achieve its goals of providing children with a safe space, supervision, academic support, and enrichment activities after the school day ends. We provide support and technical assistance in a variety of ways.
