Revisiting the APR

Description: Tuesday, May 3rd
This workshop will provide training on how to use the Profile and Performance Information Collection System (PPICS), the web-based data collection system provided by the U.S. Department of Education.
 
You will learn how to enter your Grantee Profile and Annual Performance Report data, keep your Grantee Profile up to date, and use the Report function to monitor and provide information about your grant.

Description: Thursday, May 5th
Now that you've entered your Annual Performance Report data into the
Profile and Performance Information Collection System (PPICS) system,
what can you do with it? This workshop will provide you with next level
training on how to use the system to keep your Grantee Profile
information current, and provide further detail on how you can use the Report
function and data contained in PPICS to monitor and provide information to
your stakeholders about your 21stCCLC program. Information will be
provided on the next round of data collection (Summer 2004 and School Year
2004-2005 activities). Participants will also have an opportunity to
ask any questions they have about the PPICS system.

Presentation: A powerpoint presentation will be developed, to be used in conjunction with the conference call.  Participants are also encouraged to share the powerpoint with additional 21CCLC staff.
