Unsubscribe: Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to faithg@sas.upenn.edu and requesting to be removed from the PSLA database.

2. Visitor tracking of the PSLA site is recorded on the hosting server. While visitors to the home page remain anonymous, the information gathered through this service includes the following: the domain name through which the site was accessed, hardware and software specifications ( browser, operating system), and any external links that brought visitors to the site. The PSLA uses this information to monitor the general trends of visitors.

3. Surveys may be posted on this website and are designed to better serve the participants of PSLA services. The surveys remain anonymous. The participant's zip code is sometimes requested to determine which areas of Pennsylvania are in need of service. Submitting an email address is sometimes an optional feature of the surveys.

4. PSLA partners such as the YDSLC's can submit a form to the website owner to update their contact information on the website and in the PSLA database. This is voluntary and is completed with the intention of actually posting the information on the website.

5. Individuals who register for a workshop are included on the PSLA database and may be included on the PSLA mailing list. The Pennsylvania Service-Learning Alliance does not share this information with any other parties.

What does the PSLA do with an email address collected through the newsletter subscription services?

The email addresses collected are used expressly by the PSLA for newsletter distribution and events announcements. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to faithg@sas.upenn.edu and requesting to be removed. The PSLA will not sell, publish or distribute email addresses or any other contact information received from subscribers.
